Makrosha is proud to represent Aissa Dione, a Senegalese Master Weaver. Aissa Dione has devoted herself for several decades to the development of handwoven textiles in West Africa. Out of a desire to prove that economic development is possible by using local resources and linking traditional knowledge to industrial skills, she developed her eponymous line of beautiful handwoven and unique textiles.
